Haley is always a pleasure to talk to, and every time I’ve had an issue or needed assistance, she has handled it quickly and efficiently. She makes everything easy, explains things clearly, and genuinely makes you feel like you matter as a customer.

And somehow, even over the phone, I can always hear her smile. 😊 That kind of customer service is hard to find these days.

"Not only did they show up to comfort me after my accident in November of last year, but also brought me water & treats, then helped me get my valuables out of my car & give me a ride home. Yesterday they helped me unsnare an issue with the DMV with a car I purchased helping me prove there had been NO lapse in insurance on a vehicle I purchased a few months ago that has had a problem with it's title. Both John himself in November as well as Haley yesterday have shown true compassion & walked me through some upsetting events. I cannot thank either of them enough for taking such good care of me & my family through some difficult times. I recommend them highly to anyone. "Shady firm.
Called to cancel policies on the 12th and got charged for it, on the 14th……State Farm is suppose to cancel all services including auto pay as stated by state farm customer service.
This firm did not do that. Disappointing.
Now I have to wait 5 days to get my money back simply because they didn’t do their job with canceling my policy the correct way.
Don’t waist your time with them.
Rather deal with ignorance that give this firm my time or day."

"Was a loyal customer at this firm for several years and was denied a renters policy because of a canceled claim that was never fulfilled after paying out of pocket. I find it hard to belive that you can deny someone that has never cost you a dime and paid on time."
